How INTENTah collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information across our website, AI assistant, onboarding, and communication systems.
Effective Date: May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how INTENTah (“INTENTah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information collected through our website, AI assistant interactions, onboarding systems, communication systems, and related platform services.
By accessing or using this website or related services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
INTENTah may collect the following categories of information:
INTENTah may use collected information for the following purposes:
By voluntarily submitting contact information through our website, forms, onboarding systems, or AI assistant interactions, you agree that INTENTah may contact you regarding:
Communications may occur through phone calls, text messages, SMS communications, and email communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text communications by replying STOP.
INTENTah may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality, maintain session activity, analyze traffic, improve performance, personalize user experience, identify technical issues, and support operational analytics.
INTENTah may share information with service providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication vendors, operational vendors, onboarding vendors, and affiliated business partners associated with platform operations.
Introductions to Real Estate Professionals and Lenders. INTENTah’s purpose is to connect interested buyers with the licensed real estate professional and lender who can best serve them. When a buyer engages with the platform, the information they provide — including name, contact details, and the property they expressed interest in — is delivered to a participating real estate professional and lender, who provide compensation to INTENTah for access to these introductions. These professionals may then personally follow up regarding the property, financing, and related services.
We believe in describing this plainly: under California law, this exchange may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, because the professionals you are introduced to compensate INTENTah. Buyers consent to this introduction at the time they engage with the platform, and may opt out at any time as described in “Your Privacy Choices” or by replying STOP to any message. INTENTah does not sell the personal information of website visitors who have not engaged through the open-house experience, and does not share information obtained through text messaging or SMS with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.
INTENTah may retain submitted and operational information for internal business, operational, compliance, analytical, security, and platform-improvement purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on platform usage and legal obligations.
California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights related to access, correction, deletion, and disclosure requests regarding personal information.
Because INTENTah delivers buyer introductions to real estate professionals and lenders who compensate INTENTah — which California law may treat as a “sale” or “sharing” — you have the right to opt out of that sale or sharing. You may exercise this right by replying STOP to any message, by emailing info@intentah.com, or through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
INTENTah uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to help protect platform and user information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
INTENTah may utilize third-party vendors, cloud providers, analytics systems, AI providers, and communication platforms to operate portions of the platform. Third-party services may maintain separate privacy policies and operational practices.
The website may link to third-party websites that INTENTah does not control or maintain. INTENTah is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website before submitting information to it.
The platform is intended for use by adults and real estate professionals. It is not directed to children, and INTENTah does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact info@intentah.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
INTENTah operates in the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
INTENTah provides information to participating real estate professionals, lenders, and other authorized recipients so they may follow up with individuals who have engaged with the platform. Once information is delivered to any such party, that party acts independently and on its own behalf.
INTENTah does not control, direct, supervise, endorse, or participate in their marketing, advertising, retargeting, remarketing, profiling, outreach, communications, data storage, data sharing, or use of any information — through any medium, platform, technology, service, or channel, whether now existing or developed in the future. Each recipient is solely responsible for its own activities and for compliance with all applicable laws and platform requirements, and for obtaining any consents those activities require. INTENTah has made reasonable and good-faith efforts to disclose its own practices clearly and in advance, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible or liable for the independent activities of any third party.
INTENTah may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with revised effective dates.
