How INTENTah uses cookies and tracking technologies, and how you can control your privacy choices.
Effective Date: May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how INTENTah (“INTENTah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and describes the privacy choices available to you.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, pixel tags, browser analysis tools, and web server logs. They help websites function, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising.
Session cookies are temporary and are usually erased when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you close your browser until they expire or are deleted.
INTENTah uses the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
INTENTah focuses on analytics today and does not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. As the platform grows, we may introduce advertising and retargeting technologies, such as Meta Ads or Google Ads, to reach and re-engage potential users. Before we do, we will update this Cookie Policy and provide the opt-out choices and privacy signals required by law.
We use cookies to operate and secure the website, maintain session activity, analyze traffic and engagement, improve performance, identify technical issues, and understand how the site is used.
When you first visit the site, you may accept all cookies or limit cookies to those that are strictly necessary, using our cookie banner. You may also modify your browser settings to accept all cookies, refuse all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is being set, and cookies can be deleted from your device through your browser. See your browser’s help section for instructions. If you disable cookies, certain functionality may be limited. You can change your cookie choices at any time.
Some cookies are placed by third-party providers, such as our analytics provider (for example, Google Analytics). These providers maintain their own privacy and cookie practices, which govern their use of information.
If you are a California resident, you have rights regarding the personal information collected about you, including the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
INTENTah delivers buyer introductions to participating real estate professionals and lenders who compensate INTENTah for access to those introductions. Under California law, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Buyers consent to this introduction when they engage with the open-house experience, and may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by emailing info@intentah.com, or through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.
Separately, INTENTah does not currently share personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising through cookies. Should we introduce such advertising in the future, we will provide a clear method to opt out before any such sharing begins. You may also limit non-essential cookies by selecting “Necessary Only” on our cookie banner.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
